Gwenna's Gode Cookery

Gwenna's Stew  (Translated for you to make in your modern kitchen)

• 2-3 1bs Stew meat

• 3 sliced Carrots

• 8 oz Mushrooms

• 2 stalks Celery

• 1 large Onion

• Garlic to taste

• 1/8 tsp Thyme and Sage

• Salt and Pepper

• 1 Beef Boullion cube

• 1 cup Burgundy wine

• 1 cup tomato sauce

• 3 tablespoons Minute Tapioca

• 1 tablespoons Brown Sugar

Put all ingredients in a crock pot and cook

For several hours. Note: It will make its own gravy
